Maturity Muse-ables #5

“Musicians don’t retire; they stop when there’s no more music in them.” – Louis Armstrong

So, I’m back with a new series and quoting Louis Armstrong is a sneaky way to segue into a hot off the press announcement for you all, before anyone else.

“The Silver Stages Series: Mature Performers for Mature Audiences” opens @ 10:30 am, March 5 in the E. Desmond Lee Auditorium of the Missouri History Museum. Our first program features…MUSIC. Come hear Gregory Hoeltzel (jazz pianist) and Jan Scott (flutist) plus a surprise or two. Their solo performances will be followed by a roundtable discussion about what music has meant to them during their life and most especially now. Conversation with and questions from the audience will be encouraged. Oh yes, your discussion leaders are Sun Smith-Foret and Lynn Hamilton.

Admission is free and open to the public. Doors open at 10 am. You all come, Please!!!
