Vitality Ballet Exercise Class. Come enjoy being a dancer for the day! Vitality
Ballet will be participating in this year’s Celebrating Art for Senior Engagement festival by
hosting a modified ballet exercise class open to the community. The class will
consist of ballet steps and stretches all set to music working on posture,
flexibility, coordination, balance and strength. The class will be taught by a
former professional dancer and
can be done seated or standing to accommodate all levels. No dance experience
is necessary. Guests are encouraged to wear something they’re
comfortable moving in. Class to be held in the newly-renovated Staenberg
Performance Lab. The Millstone Gallery will be open for attendees to visit
after the class. Parking available in the nearby garage. For additional
information, please contact: Vanessa Woods info@vitalityballet.com
