“Reverse Parenting: Defending Their Worldly Possessions” by Jennifer Conlin

I found this article in Sunday’s NYTimes to be o so true. Ms. Conlin could have been standing along side me, as I talked with myself about “one person’s treasures are _ _ _” Please fill in the blanks anyway you wish, because, for me, I am sentimental in caps and don’t want to wave my arms, *8-| rolling eyes and watch things disappear…even the “brown furniture” which we all know is NOT selling now. So, what will happen? We will pay someone to take it off our hands, they will hang on to it, and lo and behold (just like the fur pieces no one wanted and now are vintage treasures) the market will change and *:-O surprise EVERYONE will want brown furniture, of course me! Why me? I’m the sentimental one, the saver, the gal who likes to live with her family’s things and the memories they recall.

I hope you enjoy this, *:) happy too. http://www.nytimes.com/2014/08/03/fashion/reverse-parenting-defending-their-worldly-possessions.html?module=Search&mabReward=relbias%3Aw%2C{%222%22%3A%22RI%3A16%22}
