In my emails today:
“Dear Lynn,
I am writing to inform you of a new cultural exhibit that will open on Sunday, October 5 at Concordia Historical Institute, located on the Concordia Seminary campus in Clayton, Missouri. We would like to invite you personally, as well as all of your readers, to the opening of Bringing Christ to the Highlands: Painting a Portrait of Early Lutheran Mission Work in Papua New Guinea. The exhibit will be open from 3:15 PM to 5:30 PM. Prior to the opening, there will be a special mission service in the seminary chapel at 2:00 PM. Attached is a press release about the exhibit and the opening. Please contact myself or Dr. Daniel Harmelink, executive director of CHI, if you have any questions. We hope that you can join us for the opening of this great exhibit featuring the culture and people of the Papua New Guinea Highlands through art and artifact. We appreciate any help in informing your readers of the exhibit as well.
Sincerely,
Rebecca Wells
